Event Description

WB101: Housing Counseling Program Delivery Series -

Part I: Implementing General Standards

Recorded Webinar

Whether your Housing Counseling program is new or experienced, it’s important to understand the process behind building a program that will achieve the goals of HUD’s Housing Counseling program. Join us in this three-part webinar as we identify general program standards, explore best practices and discuss strategies to successfully implement general standards in your housing programs.

There are common threads identified in HUD Housing Counseling programs. These threads are metrics used to ensure programs are providing clients with quality service. In the first part of this webinar series, participants will identify the general standards each program should use as a guide when delivering housing counseling services.
