Event Description

WB116: Nuts and Bolts of One-on-One Counseling

Pre-Recorded Webinar

As a housing counselor, you are tasked with providing quality housing counseling to individuals and families in your community. Are there specific topics which must be covered in the session? How do you feel confident about the information you provide in the session? How does a successful one-on-one counseling session look from beginning to end? What is HUD’s expectation of a one-one-one counseling session? If you are unsure about the answers to these questions, then join us as we explore the answers and address other relevant topics during the training course. This course is designed to provide clarity and guidance for new counselors and serve as a refresher for the not so new counselor.
