This webinar will focus on reviewing presenting behaviors and emotional reactivity of clients' who have experienced a trauma.  You will learn how to recognize and respond when a client is in crisis, as well as identify the different types of trauma.  This webinar will also highlight the current climate caused by COVID-19 and how it serves as a current trauma and a trigger of past trauma for clients. During this webinar you will be able to understand how to make appropriate referrals to mental health agencies and supportive services.  You will increase skills to avoid potentially harmful interactions.
